Description

This module is required to support Digital signatures in Document Management System. It is used to authenticate the document. User can apply multiple signatures anywahere on the selected page. Document will be in PDF format. If user selects .txt document then system will firstly convert it into pdf to add sign. More than one user can authenticate the document using digital signature.

Installation Instructions

Please install office 2010 and adobe acrobat 10 before using feature provided by this library. Other than that there are some setting related to excel and word in mmc -32 and some folder setting. Please go through the release document for full understanding.

Dependency Information

  • Below are some setting and requirements to use digital signature. 1) Install Microsoft office 2010 (mandatory) Add word setting in MMC (mmc, mmc -32) Add excel setting in MMC (mmc, mmc -32) 2) Install adobe acrobat reader X (mandatory) 3) Desktop folder in c drive with IUSR, Network Service on System32, SysWOW64 4) Install third party certificates if any (optional) See release document of digital signature in DMS document for further clarification.
